By subscribing to the Ormonde Racing horse race tipping service (Advisory service) you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: All-content is the copyright of Ormonde Racing. The service is intended for personal use only and is not transferable. No part of the service may be reproduced or displayed in public, broadcast or used for any other purpose. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the service, Ormonde Racing accept no responsibility for any use made of the information provided and shall not be liable for any loss suffered thereby. You must be over 18 years of age to subscribe to Ormonde Racing. In all cases you should ensure that you comply with the law in your country concerning the age at which a person is allowed to gamble.

All subscribers should be aware that there are no guarantees with betting. Past results are not indicative of future performance. Selections can lose as well as win. The information is only our assessment of the chance of a particular horse winning. You should follow them at your own risk. Gamble only with money that you can reasonably afford to lose. Selections will be delivered via Text messaging and email formats only. Every effort will be made to ensure they are delivered before the start of the days racing. Ormonde Racing can not be held responsible for any losses arising from missed winning bets due to failure on the part of any service providers whatsoever. By subscribing online by credit card your subscription will be deducted on a periodical basis and is dependent upon the package you subscribed too. For example 3 monthly subscribers will be charged £395 every 3 months and annual subscribers £1,125 once every year. This can be cancelled at any time by email to cancel@ormonderacing.co.uk or by post to Ormonde Racing, Suite 5, 8 Palmeira Square, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 2JB. Ormonde Racing reserve the right to suspend/cancel a subscription if it is believed a member is sharing or broadcasting the information provided.
